The purpose of a counseling ministry is to skillfully use God’s Sufficient Word, to aid those struggling in various circumstances of life, so that they may have hope and be changed in the inner person in order to please and glorify God. The purpose of a discipleship oriented ministry is to teach believers to observe, obey and reproduce Biblical truths in their lives.

Matthew 28:19 Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, 20 teaching them to observe all that I have commanded you.
